TaylorWarwick brings to the table a comprehensive set of facilitation, technical design, deployment, operational, supplier, and financial relationships that can be leveraged when required. These relationships enable TaylorWarwick to both ensure comprehensive stakeholder input and consultation, state-of-the-art technology options, design accuracy, and current capital and operational costing information on which accurate financial modeling depends and on which higher-level strategies are based and then executed. Over the past four years TaylorWarwick has partnered with RSM Canada on three regional and one municipal project and collaborated with Deloitte on a smart cities project.

To help ensure accuracy in our fibre design and costing estimates, TaylorWarwick has partnered with e.Commerce Services Ltd., headed by John Graham. John Graham has 20 years of senior management local government experience and 18 years of business and entrepreneurial experience serving as President of e.Commerce Services Ltd. John has provided telecommunications and regulatory expertise to the City of Spruce Grove, the OICRD, the Regional District of East Kootenay, the District of Sparwood, the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo, and for six new urban residential and industrial projects in Calgary. More recently, John, has become an approved installer and trainer for Ericsson Inc. and Hexatronic Cables & Interconnect Systems air blown fibre technology. For TaylorWarwick, John has completed fibre-to-the-premise designs for regional areas and communities throughout Alberta. This work includes defining the route, the architecture and service areas, installation methods, drop and customer counts and bill of materials for the outside plant budgets for both drops and the feeder/distribution network.
